Founded by Kevin Chiak and Sabrina Ang, Fitness Movement is the premier organizer of elite bodybuilding competitions in Singapore, including the prestigious Singapore National Bodybuilding Championship (crowning Mr. Singapore since 2013) and Physique & Muscle War (a youth-focused platform for tertiary students since 2015).
In 2023, Fitness Movement expanded globally, partnering with INBA PNBA—the world’s leading natural, drug-free bodybuilding organization—to bring its mission of integrity and excellence to Asia. Today, we host sanctioned championships in Singapore
