Physique training in reality starts by training the body to look more aesthetic.
Training for aesthetics means maximizing hypertrophy and minimizing fat gain. It doesn't nullify strength and endurance per se, but it does call for markedly different programming. Strength workouts favor heavy weights, low-rep sets, and long rest periods— and endurance favors just the opposite.
We, probably you too, have seen lots of people men and women, going into the gym year in and year out but notice nothing or very little changes in their physique. Some might experience some changes at first when they begin but shortly afterwards begin to plateau.
Somehow many of the myths circled around carrying heavy, or very heavy as the clear secret to growing muscles, but little do they know that they comprised form and proper muscle stimulation and over compromising of muscles used. The end result is either a disinterest as they see no improvements, or their friends started telling them that they look ugly (since their muscles proportion compromised using the wrong muscles to lift) or one that ends it all, a critical injury.
So that is why you need not only a trainer that can help you build muscles safely but one that has achieved it himself. Come talk to us and stop wasting precious time and potential to enjoy the benefit of having a sexy, aesthetic and impressive body!
This is a long form text area designed for your content that you can fill up with as many words as your heart desires. You can write articles, long mission statements, company policies, executive profiles, company awards/distinctions, office locations, shareholder reports, whitepapers, media mentions and other pieces of content that don’t fit into a shorter, more succinct space.
Articles – Good topics for articles include anything related to your company – recent changes to operations, the latest company softball game – or the industry you’re in. General business trends (think national and even international) are great article fodder, too.
Mission statements – You can tell a lot about a company by its mission statement. Don’t have one? Now might be a good time to create one and post it here. A good mission statement tells you what drives a company to do what it does.
Company policies – Are there company policies that are particularly important to your business? Perhaps your unlimited paternity/maternity leave policy has endeared you to employees across the company. This is a good place to talk about that.
Executive profiles – A company is only as strong as its executive leadership. This is a good place to show off who’s occupying the corner offices. Write a nice bio about each executive that includes what they do, how long they’ve been at it, and what got them to where they are.
